I agree re: Rossi - leave him out. He drives me up the wall on so many levels.
I wouldn't change a thing in that fic; you said it all when Hotch had to let him do what he could for himself, orReid'd shatter. I think that's exactly what would've happened; he needed Morgan and Hotch to be there with him ALONE, and no one else because his perceived "weakness" was breaking him enough as it is.
And Elle definite is/was a vigilante. Perfect word. Last year I would have called Prentiss "ice princess" (tho Crazy Jane did call her Princess, huh) but not anymore. She has been a wonderful communicator, esp. with Reid lately and revealing her humanness and emotions. (ie: last nite's ep: "why do they all look so NORMAL?") She wouldn't have said that last season. She's allowing the job to change her and make her take a deeper look into herself. How about Reflective?
